Mama Bear - A Flight and a 6 1/2 Hour Drive Home

My son goes to college in a neighboring state. This means when it is time for breaks, you know Spring Break, Summer Break, Christmas Break etc., he comes home to relax spend time with family and friends, participate in summer internships and play summer baseball.

However, with the climate of the country I made a move that kept me, his dad and his sister at ease. I just got this strong feeling that I should fly to Florida and help him drive back to Atlanta. So, my husband bought the ticket, and in the air I was! I landed in Daytona, Beach, Tripp pulled into the airport, I got behind the wheel of the vehicle, he got into the passenger side, and we hit Highway 95. Seven hours later we were home in Atlanta! Yeah, seven hours because I stopped to get my favorite snacks and gas twice.

Mama's always follow your first mind. If you get "that feeling that you can't shake" or your intuition tells you to do something, then do it! Following my mind gave me peace and left me stress free.

Lastly, let's make this world a better place everyone. Let's LIVE, LAUGH and LOVE no matter who you are, where you come from or what color you are or what religion or practice. Remember, Luke 6:31 "Do to others as you would have them do to you."
