Mamas. It's Okay to Follow Your Dreams!

When I decided to launch my blog many years ago and then finally announced it was "Coming Soon" much like the movies do when they are engaging viewers and getting them excited for the upcoming movie, a blog was launched the same month, using my exact name nevertheless, I refused to let that "Move" (no pun intended) stop me from making mine! It has been my dream! Dreaming, what does it mean? The definition according to Bing.com - don't you just love the internet says - "Indulge in daydreams or fantasies about something greatly desired. So, mama's what do you desire?
Many of my friends tell me they wish they had completed college whether it is acquiring their undergraduate degree or masters or doctoral degrees in the discipline they are truly interested in and I tell them YOU CAN DO IT! It seems having children, becoming wives and being the "Rock" often times causes moms to take a detour that leads them down the placing their dreams and goals on hold road. Yep, it's normal ladies but there are some simple steps you can take to move closer to accomplishing your goals.
Here are a few tips from one "Mama" to another.
1. Develop a morning routine that starts with taking care of "You" - Wake up early, drink some lemon water here are the benefits according to lifehack.org
Gives your immune system a boost.
Excellence source of potassium
Aids in digestion
Cleanses your system.
2. Work out for 30 to 45 minutes in the early a.m. when everyone else is still asleep.
3. Get a massage once a quarter, mamas that's only 4 times a year! You MUST relax moms you think better, you have more energy and most importantly you're stress free! Stress kills moms!
4. Meditate! Tap into your spiritual self and pray. Find a quiet place to breath and clear your mind of the things that trouble you. Take deep breaths relax.
